Some pretty nice people work here and they are pretty helpful at the counter when you go in. I owned a sandblasting company and I had a sizable job that I ordered blasting media through whitecap. The day before my job I called in to arrange pick up of my media and they told me they had no idea what I was talking about and that they never ordered my media.I lost a really good customer over it. Not a big fan I hope they’re treating people better than that now

We made the mistake of buying the wrong products for our concrete patio. My wife returned them. We couldn't use them. They charged her a 20% restocking fee or a quart can and a gallon can. We won't be going back.

Construction supply company geared more towards contractors, that carries a vast variety of products. They also have a rebar fabrication facility onsite, and rent out forms and equipment. Their sales staff have a hands on knowledge of their products, and have always provided speedy and polite service.
