I work there, the company is not too shabby.

I have bought multiple loads of gravel from Western gravel from dispatch to driver and delivery. I have had an excellent experience with all of the products that I have bought from them. If you’re looking for road base to specialty rock, look no farther than them.

Completely ridiculous that they won't deliver to our location. Do yourself a favor and go to their competitor in town whom is much more customer friendly. None of this "our way or the highway" BS. I'll gladly pay more for better customer service.

I rarely write reviews, but Western Gravel deserves a standing ovation. The true character of a company comes out when things don't quite go as planned. Without going into exhaustive detail, they made right on what i believe was a honest mistake; and were nothing but polite and gracious through the entire experience. I will definitely use them again. Anyone considering their competition, don't bother - Western Gravel is it. A company that puts their long term customer relationships before short-term profit is a rare thing. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I would.

These people are very helpful. One gentelman got me a hard hat and walked me out to the yard to see if what they had was what I was looking for. It was and as soon as I got back to the pile. The front end loader was there to load me up. Awesome people.
