Utah Landscaping Rock

Wow, the customer service I received at Utah Landscaping Rock, especially from Mindy, was outstanding! Before I placed my order I asked a million questions about different types of rock, colors, sizes etc and even sent her pictures of my house & what I was looking for to make sure I’d be happy with my choice. She was patient and answered all my questions until I felt comfortable. She then helped me figure the amount I needed and made scheduling the delivery a breeze. Then a few days later we ran into an issue with our sprinkler system & needed to postpone our delivery, and again, the staff was super helpful with helping me reschedule. Fast forward a few days & my first load arrived and the rock was not what I was expecting. I was panicked & took pictures to let Mindy know and she immediately told me she would make it right. They offered to send a new load for free and we’re SO easy to work with…I was blown away! I sure appreciate a company that not only has great products, but also has wonderful customer service and is willing to make things right when mistakes happen (because sometimes they just do). Their products are beautiful and a great price…I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered 3/4” rock. They delivered 2” rock. We reached out to have them correct their mistake and get the rock we paid for. They said they would correct, but never did. They stopped answering texts, emails, and calls. We are beyond frustrated. The project has been stalled for over a month, we still do not have the correct rock and we have not been refunded any money.

I have never had a better experience with a landscaping business than this one. They are easy to get a hold of and actually provide what they say they are going to provide. Their product is beautiful and well sourced as well! If you have any questions their management is very easy to work with! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! They are easily the best in the area if not the state. Will be using them again for future projects for sure!

I am really impressed with Utah Landscaping Rock!! The service and delivery was exactly as ordered! Four Stars!!! Only one thing, I wished that I would’ve got less of the bigger 3-5 inch rock and more of the 1-2 inch rock. I do really like the rock and how it has helped upgrade my yard and flower beds! Also how it made the large Dog Run look nice and mud free!
