Tree Source - Pleasant Grove

These guys had all the plants and variations I was looking for when other places I had looked at did not. Jessica was super helpful and friendly from the get go. She was patient and kind, as I had 4 kids in tow as she guided is around to find what we needed. The price was right as well. Better than what I had proceed out elsewhere. They pretty much had it all. Overall great experience.

Decent prices, great quality. We were looking for Weeping white spruce and they have some beautiful specimens in stock. We were treated respectfully too. Overall a positive experience.

Got this rock from them just yesterday. It had a bunch of small rocks with the 3/4 inch rock which made it look more like gravel. We barley took any out of the truck. Went to return it and buy a bigger rock, but was told we couldn’t because it was rock. And that they don’t accept returns on rock… I would have liked to see that disclaimer before I drove all the way out here. Going elsewhere after I find out where to deposit this truck bed of rock.

I purchased a serviceberry tree late spring of this year. The employees inside were great, very helpful. The one outside who helped me find the tree was not so great. He couldn't find the specific pot size I had bought that they had in stock, supposedly. He seemed angry that I was even there, then he sent me to pay more for the one serviceberry he could find. I ended up spending more than I originally wanted to because of their error with in stock trees. And I just realized, 6 months later, that the trunk was buried too deep in the pot at the nursery. I hope I wasn't too late in unburying the trunk, because if this tree rots and dies I'm going to be livid.

Such a great experience buying sand and mulch from Tri City!! I called in 4 or 5 times asking more questions, comparing prices with businesses closer to us and every time Jordon was helpful, patient and professional. We ended up ordering from them because their prices were great. Living further away upped our delivery fee but even taking that into account they were significantly less expensive, especially for the sand. The delivery guy was one of the best we’ve seen and unloaded everything in the exact spots we asked- even though it wasn’t an easy spot to reach. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase!
