Thunder Run Concrete

To start off the dispatcher never called me to confirm like they said they were. Truck was more than an hour late. Couldn’t get the driver to get off her phone. She overfilled wheel burrows because of it. Couldn’t drive a truck to save her life. The truck they sent was junk. None of the rear controls worked and the water tank had a horrible leak. To top it all off the concrete was not of good quality it was sandy and grainy had way to much rock. I’ve done my fair share of work in the Roswell/ Artesia area and have never seen the complete package until I did work with thunder run. From now on when I do work in the Carlsbad area Southeast ready mix will be my first and only choice from now on.

The company needs to talk to their concert mixer drivers about safe driving and staying off their cell phones. I almost got side swiped by one cause he was driving way too fast and not paying attention.

This place is great!! I needed gravel and they were supper friendly! and professional they helped me out big time ! and the owner was too cool! i will definitely be going back for all my rock and cement projects!

Once again great service. Use these guys especially If you are new to town. They will treat you like you’ve been here your whole life.
