This place is great - they’ve got a huge selection, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, and they’re committed to giving excellent customer service. We purchased rocks to build a border wall and are loving the results!

I recently purchased stone for a partially completed wall, at a customer in Nashua. While many yards carry similar natural stone, and this one is well stocked, the reason I decided to buy here was simple. His name is Matt. I just found him friendly, and easy to deal with. He listened carefully, understood my issues and time constraints, accommodated an odd quantity and went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed to get the job completed. This is my new first stop. Thank you!!

We were looking for the stone veneer about 2 weeks ago and came across The Stone Yard in Salem, New Hampshire. Matt at the yard was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about their products. The prices were unbeatable. Not that price is everything because it's not but the way Matt took care of us the swayed us to purchase from them. Product came in about a week and a week later our masons were installing it. Great place to do business with and purchase stone veneer or any other product for hardscaping work.

Propane Fill best price around but be prepared to wait. 30 minutes for a couple fills. Store reeks of cigarettes even with a mask on. I get they are busy so I was ready to wait.

My husband and I have been by twice, and Matt was extremely helpful. We were able to decide on a patio design, and that was all thanks to Matt’s guidance and recommendations. He is super patient, knowledgeable, and personable. Go give this place a visit - can’t recommend him and The Stone Yard enough.
