In today's technological age, if you're going to be closed on a day outside your regular operating schedule, you should change your hours on your Google page as well as change your outgoing voice mail message. There's nothing worse than planning your day based on available online information, renting a trailer, showing up, and finding a piece of paper taped to the door stating they're closed. Horrible business practice!

Kyle went the extra mile for me. I mistakenly ordered the wrong gravel and my utility trailer was full when I decided I needed to change it. Kyle personally shoveled, by hand and by himself, the entire load out and then filled my trailer up with what I wanted. Great guy and amazing service! This place has an incredible selection of landscape rock and gravel. I will definitely be back.

Ordered 15 tons of 16th inch sand and it had a roughly ton of gravel in it. I complained and got a discount for the next order. Ordered 17 tons of 3-6 inch rip rap and it came with roughly 3 tons of sand as well as inch minus gravel. They just can't seem to get it right. I could not be more disappointed. I bought 24 tons of 4-6 inch rip rap from Geneva Rock and it was perfect. You get what you pay for.

Tried calling for 3 days in a row and got put on hold with a recording that said "estimated wait time, less than 1 minute". I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I looked at Google and they said they were open Saturday til 2. I tried calling to confirm before I drove all the way there. Got put on hold again for 15 minutes before I gave up. Drove there anyways and the sign in the window of the building said open Saturdays til 2. A small sign in the window of the door said closed July 25th. Maybe update your hours to reflect that or atleast have your recording state that you are closed. I wasted a while lot of time driving to multiple locations just to find out they are all closed. I will take my business elsewhere
