Southern Stone Supply

I visited the Southern Stone Supply business recently to see if I could buy a few flagstone pieces to use in my garden. What an amazing group of pros! From the sweet sales guy at the counter to the very strong sweet guy in the Stone yard operating the forklifter ...I am so very impressed! The forklift gentleman reminded me of my strong teddybear muscular son..because he was so patient and helpful. These pros is where you should go for any of your Stone needs! I highly endorse these pros and SSS! Trustworthy, kind and informative. Awesome place and reps!

I have never heard of this place and I keep getting a bill for almost 1400 dollars. I would be very careful about doing business with this company. Based on that alone, I would not get even close to it. I hope I don’t have to go to court due to this fraud.

Working with Southern Stone has been a great experience. Their service is what service should be. The delivery driver went above and beyond to leave the pallets at the best place for us. Thanks Robert!

The only reason I would not recommend this place is because of the office manager. My husband and I went in on 9/13/22 to pick out a hearth for our new fireplace. We worked with a new sales person who was trying her best. She told us we had to take the stone hearth that was on top and they wouldn't even consider moving a piece aside so we could see if the next one down had less veins and orange coloring. The young lady said she would have to ask the office manager again if that was possible. When she did the office manager was rude and short and said they would have to take what was on top, end of subject. We were just going to leave when right in front of me she proceeded to correct the young lady telling her how many times do I have to tell you to tell them that they have to take the one on top. Whatever happened to making customers happy or working with your customers. We were going to pay several hundred dollars for this hearth and we weren't even going to get to select the one we wanted? We ended up driving to New Bern and selected a beautiful stone hearth from a wonderful place with very friendly owners! So glad we did not buy from here!

Great service from the first call. I was given enough information to make me want to check it out. She actually encouraged me to do so. When I arrived I was given good advice and a price sheet. No BS. The yard was organized and there was a great variety of product. After about 20 minutes I found a wonderful pallet of pavers. They set up delivery and the delivery driver was great. They were even nice to my dog that loved the cool stone floor in the showroom. Thanks for the great experience, my path looks amazing!
