Mary's gravel trucks littered highway in Las Cruces, cracked windshields of my car and 3 others directly behind the truck. Cars were swerving to miss debris, almost caused multiple accidents. I reached out to Mary, the owner, and she said that her gravel trucks littering the highway was 'Normal' in New Mexico and that there was nothing she could do. I asked her to pay my deductible ($100) and she scoffed and passed me to her insurance agent, who also told me this was ok in the state of New Mexico. What she didn't know is that I had a dash cam, and that her driver left the bottom dump open (not normal). Negligence, and no accountability. Had I been in a convertible or on a motorcycle she'd have a lawsuit. Hopefully the other cars impacted by this very dangerous situation contacted her as well. Her unprofessionalism and arrogance was disappointing to say the least. Will be contacting OSHA as well. Hopefully they can assist her and her employees with some basic training.

Ordered several dump trucks of dirt. Only after it rained did we discover, they brought us all caliche. We went to notify them immediately thinking, maybe they didn't know they were digging up caliche. We spoke to the owners wife, who was extremely rude and unprofessional to let them know. She stated she would come by the next day and check for herself. She never showed up, never called, and of course, never made it right. By them not showing up to check the situation out for themselves, tells me, they knew they were bringing us caliche and not dirt! BAD BUSINESS AND THEY ARE LUCKY THEY ARE GETTING A ONE STAR RATING!!! We are still battling the caliche nightmare ! We have done a lot of business for many years with Russell Sand and Gravel, both with our business and personal sand and gravel needs. I will no longer support this local business as they don't care about their customers! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!
