Got 8 cubic yards of mulch delivered. Office staff and driver were both super helpful, and project turned out great. Also have used them to drop off my branch trimmings on the weekends for a nominal fee. Definitely recommend.

I’m not one to write reviews like this, but after overhearing a phone conversation involving someone from Rocky Top, I was genuinely disturbed by how a customer was treated. I was at a different location—completely unrelated to their business—when I happened to overhear what was clearly a phone call on speaker or loud enough to carry. The person from Rocky Top, who I later learned was Kayleen a front desk manager, was arguing with a customer about a rock order. What shocked me was the tone—completely rude, defensive, and dismissive. The customer sounded confused and was trying to clarify something, but the manager kept cutting them off, speaking over them, and doubling down instead of actually listening. It was a simple misunderstanding, and rather than offering any sort of help or patience, the manager escalated it by being combative and unprofessional. I don’t even know the customer, and I wasn’t involved in the conversation, but I was honestly appalled just listening to it. If this is how Rocky Top handles service issues—even when no one from their team is being directly challenged—it says a lot about their values. I would think twice before doing business with a company that shows such blatant disregard for basic respect and communication.

Great staff and worth the money if you need a lot of soil. Their prices have risen but are competitive. Guess what? EVERYTHING is more expensive these days. You get what you pay for and these people will take care of you.

Two stars only because the staff was so nice and they had a cute dog. This business used to let you dump tree debree with only a canned food donation, then with a 5 dollar donation. Today 25 bucks with a short bed pickup load that wasn't even above the window. They then make money off of it by turning it into mulch. Maybe that was why they weren't busy today.They used to be so busy! Sorry I won't be back.

I really appreciate the service at this place. Kylie is incredible and helpful and so knowledgeable and gave me great insights and guidance to do a total yard makeover. the prices are fair and the product is high quality. I'm really happy with my rocks and mulch and will absolutely be a return customer.
