The lady on the phone was not very polite or professional. She acted like having to answer my 2 or 3 questions was a huge inconvenience and she couldn't wait to get off the phone (maybe she was just having a bad day). Despite her poor customer service I decided to go ahead and place an order because their prices were considerably lower than their competitors. The delivery drivers (two made multiple deliveries for us) were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I will use this company again.

We dealt with Rambo primarily by email and got prompt responses. The driver arrived a little earlier than expected (prompt) and his driving skill--where/how he laid our products--was excellent. We expected professionalism from those asked to navigate a big, long piece of heavy equipment close to a new house, and were pleased to experience that as well as a friendly driver. Even when hauling dirt, customer service counts!!

The first time I called this business the lady that answered was abrupt and snippy. I figure, ok, she is busy or having a rough day. The next time I called she was the same way but even worse. We needed 3/4 gravel for our RV space. They are out and do not plan on getting any more this season. It's June?!?! She tells by the square footage that we will need 8 yards and I am used to dealing with tons, so I ask, what that breaks down to in tons. She says, "I don't know and I'm not looking it up because we don't have any." I tried to thank her for her time but she hung up. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a while. I go out of my way to thank a business for great customer service but now I am going the other way with this one. It's a shame because they have been around a lot of years. Doesn't excuse being crappy to a potential customer. Hey, guess what? I know of some awesome courses that teach customer service and after being in the business of customer service for over 30 years I know what it is too. I won't be doing any business with them in the future.

This company should get 0 stars. My wife and I were hit by a rock in our new car from one of Rambo’s trucks from an uncovered payload. LP# YH 2308 on May 9th at 2:08 pm Near Caldwell industrial Airport Just east of Linden St. heading north on I84 I called them several times to address the issue and was told they would have their insurance company call me. They never did then I contacted their secretary yet again who got nasty with me saying all they could do is call their insurance company and could do nothing about it. They would not be accountable or honorable about the incident. If this is how they treat people why would anyone choose to do business with them I could only imagine how they treat their customers. This is what the Secretary said to us "What do you want us to do we can't make the insurance company call you" You can't make the company who works for you call us, I said? She said nothing, the phone went silent... So I said I want a call back from either the insurance company or Rambo today this is a matter of principal and I expect them to do what is right, she cut me off again. Saying she “could not make them call me what is she to do”. So I said if I did not get a call from someone today I would escalate the problem to the next stage. She said very angry, she “could not do anything and I better not threaten her she has done everything she can” and hung up on me. I don’t feel she every wanted to help or even tried too. Perhaps it’s her job to negate company responsibility; perhaps customer service does not matter to her or her company since they hired someone so nice to represent their company. However I am hopeful anyone who takes the time to read this does and chooses to do business with a much more reputable company and people. Well we took photos of the truck the uncovered load and license plate all with location and time stamps as proof. We will turn it over to the police and our insurance company who will hopefully get justice for us and do the right thing that this company would not. Don't give these people your business they don't deserve it.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I was driving down 84 when a vary overloaded truck got on the freeway in front of me and the blew many rocks at my car. Two cracked the windshield clear from one side to the other and was extremely frightening for both my self and two young kids. We had to switch lanes to get away from the debris it was unloading while driving down the freeway. I called the number on the side of the truck only to be attacked by the person on the other side of the phone. I was only letting them know their truck was unsafe and for the future not let something like this happen again so there wouldn't be a worse accident. I did not call to get any kind of compensation simply to help others so this could be avoided in the future as it could cause an accident easily and kill someone. But the lady on the other side of the phone was out of control and attacked me and doubted my experience until I unfortunately had to hang up the phone. People with this low of character and integrity is not to be trusted and I warn you to never work with them.
