I really did not want to go on a weekend because I knew it would be busy, but I could only make it in on a Saturday. It was definitely crazy busy but despite all of the people everybody working there was super friendly and super efficient. I particularly appreciate that my load of mulch did not include dirt And that the loader driver was considerate and feathered the load lightly into the bed of my truck. Overall fantastic experience on a very busy day. Thank you so much for the kindness and the efficiency when you were absolutely crushed by work really appreciate it and will definitely be back

This business goes above and beyond, and Johnny & Ryan were phenomenal!! We were looking for a landscape rock to commemorate our trip to Colorado, and they were so accommodating and went the extra mile. We can't thank you enough & this business will be foremost in our memories due to how kind and helpful they were. Excellent customer service!

Customer service is friendly, clear and easy to understand the process of delivery. My only problem is that the rock was so dirty when it was delivered that we couldn't tell what rock it was and we had to do an excessive amount of washing which makes us feel like we paid for a lot of weight in dirt. They delivered the right stuff and we would buy from them again but definitely disappointed in the one area. Posted pics to show how it was delivered vs after we washed it.

Stay far far away called and they said they could deliver set up and payed for a shipment they told me it would be dropped off between 12 and 3 come 330 I call them and they are closed. I called the closest store and all they could do is return my money in 3 business days. Total lost from man power and equipment is triple the amount for the rock. Stay away they are not professional at all

Siteone needs to staff with more people to answer the phones. I was trying to order 18 tons of material on saturday and put on hold for over 10 minutes. Then they stopped answering. Then called monday and put on hold over 10 minutes.
