Got great help right away and was even given advice how to save money for the delivery!!!

I would never buy from Pioneer again. They delivered over 60 tons of rocks, but with 10% dirt (as the image shows). They charged me for the dirt. When I asked for redress, they were dismissive and told me @I’m lucky, could be up to 30% dirt “ (again, which I would have paid for. Beware the contract, they call dirt “fines,”. I called the manager who directed me to another number to complain. They were defensive I believe then to be dishonest

This is one of those companies that left me wondering how they’re even in business after dealing with them (or, rather, trying to) once. I placed a phone order early in the week and they offered a Friday delivery with a 6 hour timeframe in the afternoon that didn’t work with my project schedule so we booked it for the following Tuesday with a 6 hour timeframe, this time from 6-12. When 12:45 came around on Tuesday, I called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes only to be told “yeah they’re on the way”. Didn’t ask who I was or anything which didn’t give me a lot of confidence. Some ten minutes later, I got another call from them asking what I ordered. They then proceeded to tell me they didn’t actually have an order for me, just my name with no information attached. I even gave them my credit card number over the phone to pay for the $1000 of material I ordered and that was nowhere to be found. I ended up canceling the “order” and went with another company who was half the price and could deliver the same day. I’ll be telling every contractor I work with to avoid Pioneer like the plague. An absolutely terrible company.

Can’t even get on the website it wants your zip code and won’t take it just sits and spins. Get a hold of a website manager if you want business

At Pioneer on Valencia and Mann, the staff is friendly, courteous, and they are very helpful. They assisted me in getting all my backyard pavers and turf at a great price. I will be a return customer!
