Patagonia Building Supplies - I'm consistently impressed by their incredible selection of masonry, building, and landscaping supplies. Their landscaping stone options are particularly outstanding – I recently picked up 500 lbs of Crushed 3/8 Pea Gravel for a small project, and they had exactly what I needed. Beyond the fantastic product selection, the staff at Patagonia is top-notch. They were incredibly helpful throughout my visit, and even went above and beyond by assisting me with loading my truck. That level of customer service is rare these days. For anyone looking for quality supplies and a truly positive experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Patagonia Building Supplies… I’ll be back!

Ordered 3/4” Del Rio gravel for our back yard. The sample section outside their office was great, and the staff were super helpful. There is a small hardware store and restrooms inside the building. The gravel is good quality, with consistent sizes and colors. It’s much cleaner than the bagged pea gravel from Home Depot, and also a bit cheaper. Delivery was punctual and straightforward. Highly recommended!

The order was not delivered in time nor was it completed and what happens is the gentleman Joeb who calls he says he’s the manager when asked to speak to his boss. He told me he was the boss and that I guess is the owner or his boss is going to be out of town for two weeks so I have to deal with him. Also I’ve been the one dealing with him as far as deliveries and orders. Everything seem cool at first until he made an error by selling blocks that didn’t belong to him because he said we made another order. I brought three workers in so now I had to pay $1000 out of my pocket to have my workers not work because he didn’t have the blocks because he sold the blocks that purchased well over two weeks ago that he forgot to deliver because he didn’t have enough so his situation to me and his statement to me was I will since you guys ordered more. I just figured I’ll just sell those to someone else so not only did you sell purchase blocks to someone else it created the delay in the job and then he told me well if you want to get rowdy, we can do that and I told him I’m not threatening you and I told him that that’s unacceptable so when I requested to speak to his boss, he told me his boss is gonna be gone for two weeks, so we spent over $10,000 just for door blocks and this gentleman is gonna tell me that I’m gonna spend over $1000 in labor because of $113 delivery which they never delivered all the product in the first place I don’t think that’s good. I’ll be dealing with him.

I went 3 days in advance to make an order order of DG and Artificial Grass (payed in full). I ordered early in the week to have it delivered early in the morning Thursday. As I arrive at the destination I receive a call from them saying their truck broke down on the way so they will be arriving around 9. It backed me and my crew up a bit but I understood things happen. The owner of the property needed the job done before 1 because she had other things scheduled. No problem we can have it done. 10 o clock I call again. This time I was told the grass had to get “ picked up from Anaheim”, because they did not have any in stock. After I made the order 3 days in advance. So the order would now arrive at 12. From 7 am they lied to us that their truck broke down to no grass in stock. They are notorious for changing delivery schedules around to accommodate other “known” clients Update: was told 12:20 one part of the order will arrive, and the second in an hour. So from originally 7am to 9 to maybe 1:30 my order will be completed. Very unprofessional, in a business where time is money. Will stick to Bourget Bros for now on and for turf Greenland supply.
