Ordering was simple. Walking through the products and selections was an incredible experience. I first went to the lot to look at the products I was interested in. When I chose the sand I wanted, I was able to go to the website and request delivery right away. The delivery driver arrived, confirmed the location, and dropped off the product. It was a wonderful experience.

Old Mill Landscape Supply was extremely responsive and was willing to go above and beyond to provide us with exceptional customer service, which was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend them for their services! We will definitely be using them again for our future projects!

At least it was delivered. The gentleman complained about having to deliver to my home saying “what a joke” because I live by a roundabout? Then didn’t put the dirt far enough back so it blocked my driveway. 🤷🏻‍♀️ (Edit)They did contact me and made it right so I added +1 star because I appreciate company’s who take accountability. The soil is also good quality !

Went to buy compost for $59.00/cubic yard that was on website. The man loaded compost that was next to the $59.00/cubic yard SIGN. Then he charged me $80.59. The sign for the compost he loaded had "conveniently" fallen down so it was not visible. The compost for $59.00 was on the OTHER SIDE of the more expensive compost. The compost for $80.59 was not even on their website. I was disappointed in this apparently sneaky way to sell the more expensive compost. Just make sure you know what you're getting before they load it onto your truck.

Could not be happier with the service we got! We texted the number and were helped very quickly, were able to get our delivery exactly when we needed it, and the price was the best that we found! Especially including delivery fees. I would 10/10 recommend doing business with them again!
