Nature’s Earth of Southaven

I am extremely dissatisfied with our recent experience at your business. Despite being loyal customers, my elderly father was treated poorly by an employee when attempting to exchange an incorrect product that my dad accidentally purchased. The lack of assistance and empathy displayed was unacceptable. I urge you to review your customer service policies and ensure that employees are trained to provide respectful and helpful service to all customers, regardless of age or ability.

Terrible service. The person at the register is not at all professional and has a very bad temper and a terrible attitude. They need to change it or they will lose many customers every day. Personally, I will not return to this place.

Awesome staff and very professional I recommend going to nature’s earth more than Yardworks. Yardworks ripped me off when I went and got sand, I paid for a ton but was given half a ton and they would not give me any more.

Disappointed in the customer service we received the other day. Will not be back.

Simple instructions - have your delivery man call me before he delivers my garden soil and I will tell him where - these were specific instructions given to the young lady on duty. Delivery dropped in the middle of my drive way. Called the manager on duty and she said there was nothing that could be done. Send an email to sow & sow she said- WOW - that's funny but it wouldn't change anything. Evidently the invoice has to be carefully noted and mine was not. My bad - 1st mistake was purchasing product here. I'm sure the lady was very mad at me but I let her know how I felt without being vulgar. No sympathy here - live and learn - I did today. Very poor customer skills and it appears I'm not the first to notice. My first experience here with delivery - not good. Proceed at your own risk.
