June 2023 I ordered gravel with fines included which were described as a great product to improve my failing base and provide the new gravel layer. It was supposed to be "like concrete once it gets wet". This winter has been wet and most of our driveway has been tracked out into the road. We paid a fortune for them to haul in a thick layer of what turned out to be dirt instead of fines with very little gravel. If we get ANY moisture at all, we cannot use the driveway. Our good gravel is buried under mud. There were several calls and saving up to do our large driveway. I feel like we were seriously taken advantage of. When I called, they were supposed to call me back but did not. I can only file in court to fix this. I cannot post video, but wish I could of the mess created out here.
I called to have a load of sand delivered. I spent 10 minutes explaining to the dispatcher that I had concrete bins for the gravel to go in. I give the dispatcher my cell phone number and ask to be called if there was any questions. I told the dispatcher that in the past the gravel has been dumped where it shouldn't have been. How much plainly can I explain things. I came home and the gravel was dumped in my driveway. What kind of simple people work at this place?
4.5 of out 5. I asked for something to make a driveway with, let me tell you the ab3 rock packs down great. If i wasnt such a broke kid id buy some clean rock to go on top. Anyways great results, ok price. Dump bed did not have chain . I had to spread out . no biggie i got her done. Thanks guys for the rock!
Twice I have been behind one of these trucks on my way from Ogden to Topeka in the morning just this week and they donโt have their tarp over their load and they are throwing rocks off their truck. My windshields are not cheap and I would not want to have to replace it.
Great customer service and they deliver when they say they will deliver. One call and your materials will be on the way. Thanks to Gary for taking care of my project. David Yocum
