Easy online ordering, easy rebate process, easy in store pick up for online orders and very knowledgeable& friendly staff all around. A high recommend and a great alternative to box store chains. Plus they have tons of stuff you can't get in the orange or blue places. Kind of a uniquely one stop shopping place

My sister lost her labubu at the cash register and we were already half way home 20 minutes later when she noticed she was crying about it and we called customer service and they said they found one being honest and what color and what it had and when we got there they had it locked in the back room keeping it safe so no one takes it clearly being honest and they really had it! Thank you so much they were also so honest and funny

I so enjoyed my trip to Menard’s. It’s like a toy store for the D-I-Yer. The lighting inside this place was SPECTACULAR!!!! It was lit up like a Christmas Tree. It was magical. I loved it. I’m not a home decorator or a person that relishes in all things home decorating and all that jazz. But with that being said, this store was a fun place for me to be. I loved walking through the aisles contemplating what I could do with the treasures I was happening upon. I couldn’t resist purchasing a few things, great marketing scheme on the part of the marketing department. Everything was properly placed. Checking out was a hybrid of self check out and cashier check out. You put your items on the belt, the cashier scans them, then you pay and bag your items.

Always have sale items on hand. Love all the flowers and garden decor.

I bought a freezer from Menards last Sunday. There's a huge sign that says they deliver 7 days a week .I schedule the delivery for this Sunday I get a call saying they can't deliver due to maintenance on vehicle but driver calls and says they aren't doing Sundays. Came into store and they didn't want to give me a refund. Please be careful where u buy from. I don't recommend this Menard
