MDI Rock

We purchased “fine compost” and received a combination of compost, mulch, and yard debris. in addition to receiving an inferior product, when I attempted to resolve the situation with admin staff, I met with resistance for two weeks. Although I was promised a callback from management, I never received one, even after leaving multiple voicemails and even show up in person to the Queen Creek location. I had to pay an additional $125 to have the waste product disposed of at the local dump, because MDI was unwilling to take back the waste and debris at their location. Afric continued discussion with admin staff and intense pushback, was finally provided a partial refund. Unfortunately, the refund was only enough to cover the disposal fees for the local dump. With the product that we received, and the customer service that followed, I will be an MDI customer in the future, and unfortunately would not recommend them.

We would recommend this place to anyone! As a contractor I greatly appreciate how professional this place is with handling thing’s. We will be working in the future. And will also recommend anyone that need’s material to MDI rock. You guy’s rock!

Do not waste your time coming out and expecting anybody to help you figure out what you need. The person working the front desk had no desire to stand up for any reason other than maybe go to the bathroom. I would not recommend this place to my enemies.

Visited the location with my rock sample to match. Gentleman came out of the office and immediately identified my existing rock as being close to "sunset gold". Gave me price list, answered all questions quickly and efficiently. Almost too easy! Called in my order on a Wednesday. Delivery was two days later, free since ordering 10 tons. Perfect! Driver was great, cooperative and saved me a lot of work with his precise drop location. Couldn't be more pleased with the way the job was handled start to finish. Highly recommend using MDI for any and all landscaping needs within their scope. THANK YOU!

Great place they have it all and they know their stuff. Fair prices good people. They also accept green waste at a reasonable price without a minimum fee like the dump or transfer stations. They have saved us hours and hundreds of dollars as we have been trimming some huge trees near by. Super quick to drive on the scale wait for the light go dump it drive back on the scale and pay. You are in and out in a few minutes. I love to find these kind of genuine places of business.
