The ladies are very rude. Dont know how to talk to drivers. The loaders consistently overload always have to skim the load takes up time most trips. Just a headache. Another undesirable trip today. Overloaded. Lady at the scale needs training in customer service. This is getting old.

I want to just say how much it meant that you helped us out with this project. We were able to finish the park in 5 days and having the rock there when we needed it was instrumental. Not only did you give us a great deal but you got it there fast. Once it started raining we had to get the rock down so we could work without sinking in the mud and it was there when we needed it. All of the delivery drivers were very helpful in getting the rock where we needed it to be as well.

The ladies in the scale house (Kentucky Ave. plant) are just rude. No sense of customer appreciation whatsoever.

Its really the only place to dump all your trash in the city..
