Lyman-Richey Sand & Gravel Company

On april 22 between 3:35p-3:40p, I was heading north on 264th st when a cement truck decide to pull out in front of me from your facility. The driver was going straight (east/Dodge st). Luckily I was paying attention and was able slow down/stop in time. There is tire marks on the street to prove that i had to slam on my brakes!! I called and the lady that answered the phone wasn't very helpful and seemed like she didn't want to deal with the situation since it wasn't "one of their drivers". The driver was driving a all white truck. She did give me 2 names of companies but by the time I got off the phone with her, i forgot the names because I was so worked up. I drive that road everyday and now I'm a nervous wreck when approaching that intersection. I really hope this gets back to the company or driver of that truck. I'm thankful I was paying attention and was able to stop/slow down in time! One would think that a driver of such big heavy truck like that would look twice at intersection and be aware of their surrounding at all times! I'm sure it would not have ended well for me if I was unable to get slowed down in time....
