I've been using Lakeview for a couple years now to finish a small industrial project. Get this..., 3/4 spec road base delivered at $16/ton. Yes, total price delivered and on time. As a longtime Bountiful resident I drive past this operation daily on my way to work. I can't believe the amount of dust from excvation and pollution coming from the newly added asphalt plant. Each morning the air is always filled with dust from the overnight excavation and burnt asphalt odors. I am suprised the EPA has not stepped in to reduce the level of particulate in the air caused by this operation. Just look at the photo posted by Fry, lots of pollution. This photo is from September 2022 right after a very large blast. Everything was coated in dust

May I kindly ask that Lakeview start to spray or wet areas of the quarry, so that the dust or particles do not spread across the valley? It affects the quality of our air. Thank you! Happy to change my review to a 5 star

The loaders her are usually pretty good at loading up with the right weight. But every few loads, they can go either way, over, or under weight. But for the most part, they load my side-dump perty dang close. As for prices, you'll need to call the scale house.

The heavy truck drivers of this company nearly killed me today! Heavy machinery needs to be done by trained individuals who know to check the lane and signal before they move into it. Close call. Could have been a death on company hands.
