Buyer beware! I purchased an external door From 84 Lumber manufactured by Kentucky wholesale building product. The door has allowed water to come in and damage my flooring. They sent someone out to adjust the door and it is still allowing rainwater to come in around it, causing further damage to my floor. It was sold as an external floor, and when I attempted to get them to honor their warranty on the door they informed me that the door needed to have a covering over it such as a deck roof and now they are avoiding my calls, and not returning my calls, essentially refusing to honor their warranty.

Product was ordered and picked up at time given when ordering. Order correct!! Nowadays that's Pretty Good!!
