BUYER BEWARE When I called, I explained that I was doing some small projects and was inexperienced in purchasing concrete. When the day came of the pour came, they were late and didn’t show up until called. The cement that came was dry and unworkable and no amount of water added to it could save it. When I called to explain my issue I was berated for not being a licensed contractor and that I should have know that ‘cement retarder’ should have been added before the truck was sent out. They refused to accept any responsibility for the doomed concrete they sent out and i will not be doing business with them again, nor would i recommend anyone else does either.
