Went in for backer-rod for backfill for caulking around new remodel windows in a masonry structure. Square openings didn’t seem to really matter when originally laid/built. Great team of guys and always knowledgeable and helpful with questions. They are high end concrete specialists and have in stock products that are hard to find locally and not bad prices for the quality of the products. Can get baker-rod in linear feet that you need instead of buying packages that you end up wasting or having to go back and get more. They cut what you need!

Sadly, they were disappointing. Needed a piece to repair my walking edger. Went round and round with them. They didn’t understand until I went out to the truck and brought it in. And they didn’t have it. In the past I’ve bought my concrete tools from them and they were great. But, it seems they have gone down hill. Too bad. I went next door to “White” and bought what I needed in seconds. “White” knows the business and is very well stocked with experienced staff to help you.

Super good customer service. I showed up a few minutes after closing as memorial weekend started, he not only stayed open to help me with my product (concrete form tubes) but he cut them to specs for me. Not the kind of service I was expecting from a concrete specialist company, but sure am grateful.

They may have what you need. But their customer services is so bad through the phone line. Guy was rude and arrogant. Sucks that there's only limited places here in Utah that have the supplies one needs.

We strive to have the best service, products, and prices in town. @Michelle, I'm sorry your mother had a bad experience. I regret we did not have straps, it is not something we stock or sell. She was treated very well, both over the phone and in person. If she feels differently, it was not because of a lack of desire to help, but rather an inability to solve that specific problem. We regret that she had such a bad time, we have talked to the owner of the company to resolve the issue.
