The spanish chica at the window is always in the rest room and that lead to drivers waiting on a scale wit a load for more than 10 min. Is very unprofessional plus unacceptable

Loader always loads Fred Smith trucks before private trucks even if private trucks got to the Quarry before it even opened. This quarry keeps allowing loaders to continue to load Fred Smith trucks first. This is supposed to be first come first served. In this case, 30 of Fred Smith's trucks got loaded before two other private trucks did. That is very unprofessional and does not happen at other quarries. Also, maybe it will be more beneficial if this quarry would hire another loader!

Call to the facility gave me all the info I needed. Sandi was extremely helpful when I went in to select the product. She set me up quickly for a delivery that went off without a hitch. Their contractor delivered the product as promised and did a fabulous job placing it where I needed it - THANKS!

Loader always have a bad attitude, and they are not organized at all. If you get there before other trucks they will get loaded first since it’s one way only.
