From a business outlook of this francisville plant The time spent to get loaded and then when you weigh out your light and the time spent to go back it's not worth going back so the truck operators lose money and eventually the quarry operators are going to lose the money because people are just going to quit coming in there. There's an issue with the operations of this plant that needs to be looked at by the owners
