Ordered six tons of 3/4 inch washed gravel. Received six and a half road base (gravel mixed with sand) which was delivered right on top of my gravel driveway. Called Geneva to get the road base cleaned up and replaced. Geneva stated they couldn't have anyone out for a week to remove the six and a half tons of sand and gravel that was delivered and STRONGLY suggested I find my own way of having it removed (via KSL, asking friends and family) because there was no certain time they could be out to clean up their mistake. Told me to keep the road base free of charge and I would be refunded the 276$. Received a call the following business day, wanting to know why my card was declining for the second delivery of rock. It was declining because the first delivery had not been refunded. Wanted me to pay for the second delivery before the first was refunded. Never sent anyone out to remove the road base from my yard.

Ganiva is suffocating South Weber, over the years the dust has gotten worse and worse. Their dust mitigation efforts are not working! Every day there is a massive sand storm that crosses I-89 and through our town, leaving us with horrible air quality and abundance of dirt build up.

The amount of sand these pits kick into the air is mind-boggling. The fact that it's at the mouth of a canyon is even more so. There is sand in places I never knew existed. This location is by far not a boon to the local community.

People are nice here.

I had 7 yards of topsoil delivered right to my home the same day that I ordered it. The driver was very cautious not to damage any of my trees.
