Such a great rock company! We were able to pull right up and get help on the amount that we needed for our project! Super affordable and so friendly! If we need any help in the future I know exactly where to go!

Outstanding customer service. I spent $13 here and they gave me as much support and attention as a customer spending $13,000. The guys were professional and very helpful.

Edit: I added pictures of the soil. I also spoke to someone at Eagle and they told me that the soil had been tested and was fine. That it was per the master gardener programs. But from what I’m hearing they have nothing to do with the program. Was told they would let the owners know and that was that. Haven’t heard a thing. No offer to refund some of the $500 we spent. I have now have spent another $250 on amendments and will have to do more. Service is great! But, do not buy the master gardener mix if you plan to garden with it. It is just top soil and is a waste of money. There is hardly any compost in it. And it’s not even mixed in. Just some chunks here and there. After watering it compacted right away. And doesn’t drain. Now I will have to spend more money amending the soil.

I ordered 10 yards of gravel to be delivered. If you live over 5 miles it’s $60. I live 5.3 miles away. They wouldn’t budge on that, which is okay, it didn’t make me mad. HOWEVER, I ordered 6 yards of gravel for my 60’ foot long driveway and 4 yards for the 120 foot border by the street. They told me that they would set chains and drop spread the whole 180 foot long driveway. Our request to do this was not a complicated request. I used to drive these trucks, and I know what they are capable of doing. I do have a tree that goes over my driveway but it had enough clearance to drop spread all the way to the end. Asking for this is a common request for many people. I did not ask for anything that they shouldn’t have been able to do and that isn’t required in this industry. The driver that they sent dumped about 9 1/2 yards at the back of the 60 foot long driveway. Once she was done, and after she ignored me shouting at her to stop, she got out, looked at the piles and began laughing! She said, “I’m sorry, I’m new and I’m not that good at drop spreading.” It’s ridiculous, they had us wait an extra day for the gravel if we wanted it drop spread. looks like we will be doing it by hand with a wheelbarrow to spread the 180 feet of gravel. when we called the company they were rude, argued with us and said, “well you got the rock you ordered, there’s nothing we’re going to do for you.” Save yourself some money, save yourself a bad day, save your back and save yourself the hassle. Get your stuff somewhere else. I will never use them again, ever! I will be telling everyone I know not to use them too. Their customer service and resolution to the whole problem is absolutely horrible! They wouldn’t even waive the delivery fee.
