Excellent customer service. Anyone who has a review complaining about the scale lady wasn't even a customer. That person was lost and refused to read the multiple signs telling them that they were in the wrong spot. She deals with truck drivers all day yeah of course she is gonna come off rude to the 4th car thinking that this is the trash place. Happens all day every day. So sure your feelings got hurt because you are stupid. Sure why not post a 1 star review. Good call...jackass

Do not go here for your DITY move. Not knowing they stopped weighing cars for the military moves I stopped by, put my car on the scale and pulled the toddler out. The woman watched me the entire time knowing she wasn’t going to allow my car to get weighed. First words out of her mouth was “you must be lost.” I explained myself and said this scale location was on the handout. Her response was “we weigh sand” with a chuckle and “haven’t weighed military in 5-6 years.” I asked if she could recommend a place and got a flat “no.” They might be the best company in the sand business, but this review is for the military folks to avoid.

Scale house lady is rude and disrespectful. She expects drivers to bow to her. Threats of being kicked off the property for not being able to hear her speak and they dont even supply the scale house with a CB radio like a real scale house

Worst experience with the scale women supper rude. I think she hates her job and most likely is tired of that job because her nasty attitude reflects it.
