We were out of fuel and it’s -8 outside. Inside, the temperature was dropping fast. I called and requested delivery today. The fuel truck driver arrived, pumped the fuel and was on his way in under 30 minutes! I appreciate the compassion and coordination of care from the lady I spoke with on the phone, the system in place which appears to be designed to work so well and especially for the Driver.
