As soon as Lori realized I was calling as an individual and not a company, she hung up. When I called back she immediately put me on hold. I waited 10 minutes and tried again, but she obviously didn't want to do business with someone who only needed one truck load. She simply was rude. Perhaps the rest of the employees are different. I never had a chance to find out.

Rude on the phone and when I asked for their price list they took 3 days to email it to me, and only when I called asking for it. If you are going to work with them expect to hound them on the phone because I have never had a call back from them. They took so long to respond that I took my business elsewhere.

Scott the owner/or manager worked out a solution with me that was reasonable to my request. The management team has good leadership and were very helpful when helping solve problems. Thanks!

Great friendly staff and they helped me get the right material for my project.

Lorie was super friendly taking my order, the driver showed up exactly when they said they would and he put the load exactly where it needed to go in a tight spot.
