Desinty at C&C Sand are amazing. She helped with my summer project (from concrete slab to paver patio and BBQ entertainment area). Destiny assisted with material selection and staging as needed so materials would not pile up on my property. Delivery staff was great as well. As I finished one stage, the next set of materials were delivered. What an amazing staff, they are very patient for first timers, helped with design, and construction questions. Highly recommended…next summer project…front porch!

I had a fantastic experience! I had a very small order but Karla went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. Seriously the best customer service I've had in a long, long time! Will definitely use them again and will spread the word that they are a great company to work with on projects.

Disappointed to say the least. I've used C&C Sand and Stone many times over the years. I called to ask for some help matching some older gravel we needed to match on the side of the driveway and then a larger section in the backyard. The gal said to bring in a bucket of the old gravel so they could help match it. After renting a truck, going to CCS and presenting the gravel, the rep told me what type it was. The guys loaded it in the truck and away I went. When I got home, I had some friends help me unload it. With any gravel, it's hard to tell the exact color until the dust washes off. To my surprise, it didn't match at all. I called CCS and the same rep told me I could bring it back (obviously that wasn't going to work) and they would try again. I asked to talk to a manager to see if there were any other options since this was their mistake and was told she was busy, but would call me back. I waited 3 days, then called CCS again. This time when I did speak to the manager, she also offered the same unhelpful suggestion. I could bring it back and they could refund me the cost. Then she said, and "we'll help you match the gravel you're looking for". When I reminded her that that's what they said the first time and now I was left with 2 colors of gravel in my front yard, she said the same thing over and over....again. I'm not sure where the customer service is. Now because of their mistake (which I understand happens from time to time), I have to fix the problem instead of them offering a helpful solution. I'm disappointed that a company like CCS used to pride themselves on helping the local cliental. Now if your project doesn't consist of multiple tons of product, they're not much help.

Savanna is amazing! She's always super helpful, and knows her stuff! We love this location because of her specifically!!

The decided to drop TEN YARDS of mulch in the street despite having on our order form to put it in the yard and agreeing to it prior to pickup. We were outside and the driver backed up but not far enough. Waved at him to stop. He did not. We called and told them what happened, “Mark” answered the phone at the office. When we told him what happened he said “why would they put it in the street??” But then the refused to do anything to move it out of the road or help cover the $275 it took to have a landscaper come and move it at the last second. Terrible customer service. So disappointing.
