Bluemel's Garden & Landscape Center

We enjoyed our experience here as we decided to shop local today. The kids loved the cookies and mama loved the Pina Colada Italian Soda! The plants and cozy nooks made our trip feel tropical!

Second bad experience with bulk delivery services. First was 13+ years ago when they delivered bad soil after I paid for garden soil. Thought i would give them another try. Ordered compost for delivery. Said I was second in line for the next day. Called back about noon was told it would be 3pm. I am a 10 minute drive away. Edit: Jeremy called today to make it right. Was not intentional. Very happy with his solution. Will try them again next year.

We hired Bluemel’s Summer 2023 for two drainage projects. I was happy with their responsiveness, their easy-to-use job management tool, and the completed work. First, they tied together a gutter downspout and sump pump discharge, buried them underground and had them discharge at the back of the yard. Jim was our sales person and it was clear he and Bluemel’s have experience with this type of work and were confident in their approach. The stone basin they added at the end of the discharge area was a really nice touch! The grass seed and fertilizer they applied in the disrupted area was applied well and grew in very nicely, despite it being August when the work was done. Second, Jim also helped us figure out how to address a tricky drainage situation by our chimney. Although my clematis and tulips did not survive the work, we are happy the drainage issue is addressed. The work was done when promised, and there were no issues whatsoever!

Such a great spot on the south side - you can come here to get a delicious unique handcrafted latte, and then stroll outside shopping for top notch plants for your garden, sometimes while listening to live music! Beautiful relaxing courtyard to hang out in, the flowers are just a bonus.

Greta coffee great vibes. Places for kids to play on the playground and lawn games for people to toss bags and play jenga while parents can watch from the tables. Just a great space in general, and it’s soon to be even better as they bring out plants from the greenhouse!
