Biograss Sod Farms & Biograss Nurseries

Picked up some Dark colored mulch. Person who loaded my truck was helpful and carefully loaded it with care. Everyone at the checkout was friendly and very nice. Glad I got my mulch from here it was priced lower than other places too.

We ordered our sod very early in the season, had our old sod torn out with a skid steer, brought in new top soil.. all for nothing. The new sod delivered was yellow. The driver explained it was from last year and was still coming out of dormancy, that's why it was yellow and so thin. 1 of the pallets was decent, the other two most of the pieces looked like scraps, all full of holes, falling apart. We dealt with it. Once the lawn finally started to green up we just had a bunch of dead spots. We kept watering twice a day for a couple months and eventually the dead spots just filled in with weeds.. and the weeds started to spread. And now my lawn looks just about as bad as it did before I started.

Had a great experience. Sod was dropped off right at the set window. The sod was in excellent condition. They were easy to deal with and we were able to schedule quickly. The grass looks beautiful. Highly recommend.

I purchased 5 sods of Kentucky bluegrass. However, when I got home and checked, it turned out to be Zoysia grass instead of Kentucky bluegrass. The next day, I went back to exchange it, but the store refused to accept a return or exchange the sods. The customer service was poor, and they showed no concern for the experience I had. They were unwilling to resolve the issue.. Update_--------+++ "Kacy contacted me and was able to resolve my issue. Great customer service by him. If you have any issues, talk to him."

Been using biograss for a couple of years they continue to grow and offer a variety of services which fit my landscaping businesses needs. Appreciate the friendly and professional staff and will continue doing business with them!
