Bailey Sand & Gravel

I've ordered from them twice. Both times were awesome. Good people.

I was not behind their gravel truck, it was near the front of their location and one of their trucks coming in the opposite direction threw a stone at my brand new windshield. The road out front of their business is always covered in dirt and stone, they need to clean it up!

Recently my mother had driveway stone delivered to her house. Her boyfriend payed for it and had it delivered there. Upon arrival, the driver expressed that he did not like driving the trailer he had. As he was backing up to the unloading spot. He was directed to stop. He ignored the direction and kept going. Once he finally stopped. He had put to much pressure against the retaining wall causing it to now lean outward. My mother called to get the issue resolved. She took pictures as requested. She was told " well it's still standing and was gonna fall anyways. So we wont do anything". That wall has been straight and proper for 15 years. Since I installed it myself. From the reviews you would be lead to believe this is a stand up company. However, I tend to disagree. My mother or i will never use this company again. Nor will we ever recommend them for work. People make mistakes, no one is perfect. However, integrity is everything. Very sad..

We paid about 1000.00 dollars for crushed concrete in the last few weeks. The driver we had deliver last Friday was terrible! He backed up too close to our retaining wall and pushed it so it now leans way over. He said he didn't like the trailer and wasn't used to it. Then why was he driving it??? And they won't do anything about it. Isn't,t that funny how that works? You pay them money and they damage your property. I won't ever use them again...for anything.

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Delivery driver was also friendly and skillfully spread most of the gravel on our drive. Office manager addressed a single issue fairly. I'd order from this place again.
