Every evening, this company's truck drives through the alley (which is illegal, as thru trucks are prohibited in the alleys) and parks in the nearby lot so the truck takes up 3 spaces. Then, the following morning at 6 AM, the truck always idles for a half-hour and pollutes the air (another violation of city ordinance) and makes a "WHOOOSH!" noise every 30 seconds or so (which wakes up the neighbors and violates the noise ordinance). This has been going on for weeks now.
