Advance Landscape Center, Sod, Mulch & Topsoil

I should have read the reviews first. I have a commercial property across the street and walked over one day and talked to the owner. All over the place and kept trying to cut my conversation short, he was busy and it is a stressful buisness I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Even though I don’t think any business owner has an excuse to be like that to a customer as that’s how he’s in the position he is right now. I return to get mulch two days later and the guy inside was very nice to begin with. We go load my truck up and it’s a very small parking lot so I asked him where he would like me and said move up a little as I did. He began loading it was all good and then he struck my fender with a skid steer and tried blaming it on me for not moving up. I then shut that down as it was a lie and got the owners card. I called the Owner and he had told me he would be back in 10 minutes an a hour goes by so I call him again. I’m greeted by him upset that his truck broke down and all flustered. Again I understand but frankly that’s your issue, you own a buisness don’t be upset your going through stuff and tear it off on a customers who’s property you had damaged. He then walks over to look at it, and says “well what do you want me to do” in a upset voice. Situations was extremely disrespectful. And I’m still mind blown a buisness owner would act like this to a customer. The whole time he’s over he’s hot headed and just going back on with crap. Came to an agreement of a free bucket of mulch after I have to pay 300 l$ for a new fender as bending it back still has a big dent. Kept going on about how it’s a work trailer, not sure how someone else can value my equipment I work hard for and belittle it. Sorry I take pride in my work and take care of my stuff and don’t see the vision to let my stuff get beat on when it dosent need to.

It’s been a great resource for us over the past 6 years. Great for all my garden projects big and small. They carry the best soil in town for garden beds. Highly recommend.

Amazing! After 4 other places did not call me back or show up for an estimate, Frank, the owner came the day after I called. My yard was transformed into a beautiful space within 2 weeks. Very thankful for the work done, and the clean up was awesome; I couldn't even tell the team was there. Much appreciation to Frank and his staff!!

Excellent Quality. Great Customer Service. Delivery driver Edwin went over and beyond with unloading staging. 1st Time visit. Will be back for more Mulch.

I only needed a small amount of top soil delivered and was treated with the same dignity and respect as if I had placed a large order/project. I had left messages at other places, nobody answered or returned call. Frank answered right away and my soil was on its way within the hour. Amazing!! Great company.
