I get my mulch here and have past two seasons. I think its better quality than anywhere else. The satellite location in Merrifield is handy and her customer service skills an Bobcat skills are great!

After purchasing a storage shed for our land, I contacted this company to simply seek basic information of approximate cost for a gravel base. After 2 attempts my ends and waiting 4 days, it's clear my ends this business believes customer will do business as it works best for them. Being busy is one thing, being unprofessional is another. Very poor customer service experience.

We had a horrible experience after years of buying landscape suppliers there. I twice asked for an estimate on a small job. Without receiving one, a 2-man crew showed up and started working. When I got the bill, they charged $95 per hour per person for 3 hours each - $600 in labor!!! (For comparison, the labor rate quoted to us for a landscape worker in the Twin Cities was $45 per worker). The other part of the job they never came back to complete. When I questioned the bill, the owner responded angrily that I was lucky to find someone to do the job. The owner said he'd check his file and give me more detail, which he never did.

Got some new country organic pellets from the folks here and they where awesome to accommodate hours for us. Awesome service and will use in the future!

The owner provided prompt service with delivery of boulders, fill material, black dirt, seed and other land scape materials. The delivered as product as needed during progress. Great local company.
