Great mom & pop experience, pricing & product quality. I bought 1-1/2" pea pebbles from them and my dealing was a breeze. Respectful, patient and honorable customer service. I'd highly recommend them.
Service is prompt and cordial, they will not charge until order is delivered. Cash or check on the spot. Customer Service is on point and is very knowledgeable of the products they sell. The product itself is of good quality. As a general contractors will keep using them for sure 10/10.
Very happy with their service and products. Yvette and Clarence are a joy to work with and the landscaping materials they sell are top notch, fairly priced, and they'll work with you to schedule a delivery time. You can also purchase smaller quantities by the half--cubic-yard if you don't need a full load of it. Yvette is very responsive to phone calls and will gladly answer any questions that you have and also notify you if the weather may interrupt their ability to provide service/delivery on your delivery or pickup date. I love that it's a quick & easy stop with no long waits to stop-in and grab what you need. Man.....I highly recommend this place fam!!!!! They did me right man.....treated me like I was family....like I had been doing business with them for years...... Awesome customer service!!!!! Quick and to the point!!!!! I redid my old man's driveway and am definitely going back for some mulch!!!? Planting trees this weekend!!!!!
Very unsatisfied with this company. I called a few weeks before and We had a date set for drop off. Originally I had asked if they could come at 9am when our business opens to drop off dirt and they said they could only come at 9:30 because they open at 9 themselves. At 2pm The day before our set time for delivery I called again to confirm price, location etc. I was called that evening ONCE after hours (which I had tried to call back with no answer) and about 7 times (at 7:59, 8:01,8:02, 8:03,8:05 and 8:06 a.m.) the morning of our project BEFORE business hours to ask about dropping off early. I called back at 8:55 (5 minutes before they apparently open) and the driver is gone for the day and we won't be getting our delivery. The day of our project.... This is a huge project for our animal shelter and several companies have come together to donate and volunteer their time to help Houston's homeless animals. So disappointed and definitely want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
