Daniels Landscape Supplies

I previously posted a critical review due to disappointment with a garden soil mix I purchased from Daniels Landscape Supply. However, Daniels responded promptly the same day with a sincere apology and offered to replace the soil with a higher-grade mix at no cost. This level of customer service is commendable, and there’s little more a vendor can do to rectify a situation. As a result, I’m revising my rating to 4 stars, with one star deducted for the initial hassle.I also had an issue with Daniels last year, and their resolution was equally satisfactory. While not every transaction may meet expectations, I trust Daniels to make things right. My advice: be clear about your expectations with their staff before purchasing to ensure a smooth experience.

I love Daniel’s Landscape Supplies. They are very friendly and have the best selection of everything from a variety of soils, to barks, and landscape rocks of all sizes and colors! They have the best prices and delivery service is great. We’ve also gone to pick up smaller loads and they are very helpful and quick. They are our #1 choice for any job big or small. We would highly recommend Daniel’s! We will definitely go back!
