Gary was so patient with me. I explained I wanted sand for our dog agility arena. He sent pictures of the 2 suitable types. He is a very effective communicator. He told us where the trucks were when in route. The trucking company they contract with were so nice. They dumped the sand exactly where we wanted it. We highly recommend GSI!
After dealing with big box stores, this was a relief. I called Steve at GSI on a Sunday afternoon, we spoke again on Monday, struck an agreement, they delivered on Tuesday morning. Great job! Easy to deal with!
