Daniel's Supply Company

We paid $550 for 11 yards of organic compost to be delivered for our lawn. We were told it was sifted. What is now spread all over my sod as a top dressing and into my backyard for new seed is a bunch of stone, glass pieces, and mulch. It is the worst organic compost we have ever seen. When I called Daniel's to complain, they said they get their organic compost from McGills. My entire yard is ruined with this nasty, stone/glass packed compost. Don't trust Daniel's to deliver a quality product. Worst mistake ever.

5 Stars for integrity and going above and beyond doing the right thing. My neighbor had landscaping rock delivered to his home over the weekend, but in the act the truck backed into and broke my mailbox post. I believe the driver was unaware due to the size of the dump truck and tight turn it took to navigate the delivery spot. Regardless, when I confirmed with the landscaper who their sub was, and brought the matter to Daniel's Supply Office Manager attention, they went above and beyond in verifying their responsibility, purchasing and professionally installing a new post, mailbox w/ new numbers, all in the same day. My wife and I were quite pleased and thankful. Daniel's Supply won tons of cred in my book for their, "making things right" actions & attitude. Kudos.

Totally dissatisfied with the purchase this year. I chose this company last year, and bought 50/50 mix to grow veggies. I have been getting produce since 2023 summer. This year I bought again and made a big garden. The soil is too sandy, seems like only sand and pieces of wood. My plants are not growing. I called them for a solution, but doesn’t work.

not satisfied with the service, we bought the soil based on their suggestion and its completely sand. None of the seeds sprouted and the plants that we bought from outside has died within a day or two after putting into this soil. When I called them, they replied stating that soil was not good and nothing much they can do. We paid more than 300$ for a soil that is completely useless. If you know that your soil is not good, you should atleast take responsibility this is not how customer service works. I wont recommend them to anyone in future.

Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and willing to share and advise. Hands down the best looking premium topsoil I've seen in our area. I bought 14 yd of it which they delivered at a very reasonable price. I can honestly say having close examination of all 14 yards that the soil is perfectly mixed. I spread it all with a shovel and wheel barrow, replenishing my beds though most was used for turf establishment. No lumps, no rocks, just Great soil! Thank you Daniels Supply
