I have had the pleasure of working with Denali for many years now and cant say enough good things about them. Operations and updates are always excellent and thorough. Their equipment - tractor/trailers - are very clean and reliable; and they go all over the US and CAN. Would highly recommend working with them if you need shipments moved.

As the Director of a Non-profit in the process of building out a Christian Family camp, I would not normally take time to leave a negative review - but I believe this will help other companies, and hopefully Denali, in the future. I ordered 100 tons of flexbase, thru Craig, on Friday Feb 17th, emailed over our company info (we're a tax exempt non-profit) and Craig confirmed he would get the rock delivered on Monday, Feb 20th. Monday comes, and I call / msg Craig to see what the ETA was, without a response. At this point we have an excavator, at $100/hr., sitting on standby. I attempt to reach Craig a couple more times, and finally received a msg saying he was in court with a driver, and would get back to me with deliver details. No reply for a couple of hours so I message again. At this time Craig is back in the office and trying to catch up on things.. which I can understand. He said he will try and get it delivered today (Monday), and I wait. No replies. So, I follow up again. No response. I call.. VM. So, I text and asked if he could provide an update - He replied and said it would have to be Tues, to which I replied, no problem. Let's confirm it so we can have the excavator ready. I asked Craig to confirm the tonnage and price... no reply. a couple hours later I try to call, get VM. He then replies and says, he won't be able to deliver at all. That all of his drivers are busy. To which I replied, I believe our order should have been one of those deliveries they would be busy with. NO REPLY. I try to call, get VM. He txt and says he will call back.. it's now 4:30pm No response, so at 6:30 I messaged him and expressed my disappointment with how he has handled our order and asked him to at least deliver one truck today (Tues) so we could finish cover a culvert, and I could then get another company to provide rock Weds (since it looks like rain weds). No reply. I hate to leave a review like this. But, I have 1) reached out to Craig several times to address this issue directly and 2) it's my duty to protect this organization as well as help any others from experiences like this. This mishap cost our organization several hundred dollars. I have no idea what type of man Craig is, but I would hope he is the kind that would take accountability and at least reply when he says he will.. and make this right.

Denali provides great customer service and provides reasonable pricing for material and haul rates . I would highly recommend this company
