Panetta's Landscape Supplies

COMPOST Ordered 10 yards of compost which was delivered from Westland in 2 trips for a total of $501. They took my payment over the phone, and delivered the following morning. The driver, Jerry, was cool. He called me when he was on his way. The compost quality and consistency was just what I wanted. Some people might think it’s got too many sticks, but it looks fine to me. Overall good experience. Solid 5 stars.

Worst experience ever! Last summer called Panetta's for top soil gave the girl measurement's and ended up with way over what I needed, called back and gave same measurements to a different girl and got a less amount from her. They would not do anything about it. From the start it was a disaster when the man delivered the topsoil it looked like hard dirt which it was, when the truck lifted up to drop the dirt it took out a large tree branch from my tree he said he had an appointment to go to so he couldn't stay to clean it up and asked us not to call office on him. Well we did and we ask the owner to come out and saw off the rest of the branch he came and said he would be back he did take the branches that fell down but a year later has never been back to fix the tree. Also this spring our beds are full of weeds like I never seen before the dirt was full of glass pieces and straws, etc. We did call on this at the time nothing was done. We will not use them again.

Panettas is the best. Love their RJs mix for garden soil. If it doesn't grow in that, IT DOESN'T GROW! Pannetta's also special ordered specific type of roses for our memorial rose garden...we had to call the order in April, and wait til June or so til their Roses shipment came in...and there were issues with Covid supply chain problems - Panetta's entire rose order was basically unfulfilled by their usual Rose distributer...but Panetta's pulled strings to get roses in for their store AND get me the specific kinds of roses we needed for our memorial rose garden ( the Angel Face and Kennedy roses that my late mother-in-law requested). They came through. I have also bought many perennial plants/shrubs from Panetta's and all have been very strong, healthy, beautiful growing specimens. Our Landscaper, John of M & D landscape, sourced all of the unilock brick pavers from Panetta's, and that project made our curb appeal absolutely stunning. I love this place.

We just had 3 yards of sand delivered for our pool. From ordering to receiving it was outstanding service! The driver was the nicest guy and went out of his way to get the sand right where we needed it. I will most definitely be ordering my landscaping needs from you for now on. Thank you!
