Great family owned business! The girls behind the counter are fantastic to work with and will steer you in the right direction. The guys in the pit are very helpful and get you where you need to go!

Called to see about having a large order delivered. The woman completely lied about the size and weight of the trucks, I’ve been a truck driver for 16 years and when I pointed out that she was incorrect she got angry. I was told I’d get a call back from a man that could explain it better to me. I never received a call and when I called back was told to go find someone else because they don’t do deliveries period. Not my first time trying to deal with them and not my first bad experience. Both times she made it clear they don’t want to do their job or make sales. If you’re looking for products find someone else who wants to make money not these people.

I run a small business and my first time calling eci said they could have a load of gravel delivered to a driveway grading job and canceled last minute. As I explained that I ran a small business and it makes me look bad if they dont show up they told me to take my business else where. They are not even worth the one-star I had to put up and leave this review.

ECI is my go-to for all materials I need for my home and Business. You know they are good people when during a snowstorm and business hours they are normally not open the owner takes time to come load your sander to help you out when you're in need. I wish I could give 10 stars because that's truly what they deserve.

Full compliment of gravel, rock, dirt and sand materials needed for job site work. Very helpful staff in the office and in assisting with loading.
