Rodriga and Leslie are fantastic staff members. I’ve purchased a lot of stone from them over the years. Recently I’ve purchased approximately $22,000 in materials with three different types of stone. Their knowledge about stone, stone care, stone placement, and cleaning products is outstanding! Literally unreal customer service and knowledge. Upper management is recommended at this time.

My husband and I bought from Sislers for our do-it-yourself front and back yard landscaping project including three Nicolock mini-colonial retaining walls and a flagstone terrace. We found them incredibly easy to work with, with excellent customer service. In particular, we worked with Pedro Rodriguez who was exceptional! They helped us determined how much of each material would be needed based on our plans and their estimations were right on target! The delivery fees were very reasonable, especially since the delivery guy was ridiculously helpful in placing the stone somewhere convenient for us but less convenient for him. We've had a wonderful experience all around with them and will definitely use them again for future landscaping projects.

Purchased a pallet of small boulders last week. Friendly and.knowledgeable sales staff. The delivery person, Seebert, provided excellent service.

Love having a stone resource right in Falls Church - this was our go-to place when we did some exterior enhancements - and continues to be my destination for cleaning supplies and those river rocks that are great for finishing touches. I especially am impressed with Jacquie, one of the staff members there - she is a natural at customer service.

I ordered severals tons of materials for a huge landscaping project. I specifically asked if the gravel was washed as it was going to be wrapped in filter fabric and they said yes. Well they delivered the gravel unwashed and I asked to return it. They said yes and said a truck would call me in the next week. Nobody called or ever came to get it so I washed the stone myself which is a grueling process. I went in months later and complained about this ordeal but they essentially said they couldn't validate what I was saying so didnt offer any consideration. Avoid this firm as if you have order issues beware.
