Driving to white city to take care of my mom on Kirkland rd a rock came off side of truck the belly dump was fully loaded I watched the large rock fall off the top of trailer bounce up from the road as I passed him in the oncoming lane. The rock hit my drivers side windshield leaving a 3 inch circle braking my windshield. I turned around and followed him to knife river to unload stopping him to let him know he said to go to office and I did so. I was motioned back from a large opening in wall to be told that they won't fix my windshield it's a road hazard. She didnt ask what truck or no of the truck evolved and didn't seem to care. You as a business Im disappointed for not doing right thing it's not a chip but a large brake from a sifting load that I happened to drive past. Im happy it wasn't someone elderly or someone startled causing them to drive off the road
