Today I went to go pick up my groceries at this location. I spent over $200 in groceries and one of my items with sugar snap peas and there’s mold on them and plus they expired March 15, 2025 not happy with this the rotation in the Produce department at this location sucks I want the store manager of this branch to see this message and make some moves fire people I will not be buying produce from you guys anymore. I am a produce manager and all my products are rotated. My crew I teach them. There is a thing called first in first out. I will be calling your corporate office and complaining fix your produce department and get a new crew
Walmart is consistent with most things like product quality but availability and condition of the store can vary greatly. The Coral Ridge Supercenter did not have the pool supplies I needed when I visited. Usually they have a good selection, but the amount of space for pool supplies has been reduced, which disappointed me. The store, however, is among the best maintained Wal Mart Supercenters in the area. Aisleways are clean, merchandise is well organized employees are polite and efficient and usually helpful when asked for assistance. Prices are consistently low, which keeps me coming back.
My experience with the pharmacy staff was on point! The pharmacist on shift today was great!!! Christine was thorough, informative and patient with me. She answered all my concerns and had good recommendations. See you soon! Thank you!
Thaddeus manages with fear and is aggressive.. Please note at no point did the manager ask about my well-being or need for medication. I am disappointed with my recent experience at Walmart Coral Ridge, particularly with the way I was treated by Thaddeus, a coach/manager. Upon arriving at the store, I followed the appropriate steps to a particular employee, Christine, the pharmacist on duty. I approached customer service so they could reach out to the manager on duty, which led me to Thaddeus. I began the conversation by expressing my appreciation for this location, specifically mentioning John, whose service has always made my visits positive. I clarified that my experience that day was far from pleasant. I was trying to address my concerns professionally by discussing a pricing issue and believed that handling it in person would be the best approach. My goal was to resolve the matter calmly and prevent any misunderstandings. When Thaddeus and I approached Christine, he spoke with her privately before calling me over, so I was unaware of what was said between them. When I joined the conversation, Thaddeus immediately asked something about are you recording the conversation and I looked at him then my phone like no. (My phone was open to my gallery where photos are located) and then he proceeded to say something about needing to ask Christine’s permission if I was going to do so and I replied, I have everything I need, I don’t need to record our conversation but in light of everything I see that I should have. Then, we were all pretty much waiting for someone to speak and she standing behind the computer in a dismissive manner and cannot be bothered manner,, while still on duty, after I expressed to her that I called this morning and she told me my prescriptions were ready, and I was trying to tell her what happened in the morning so to help her remember what she could told me, of silence because there were no questions it’s not like she asked me my name. It was only until the silence was super awkward where she said what is your name and I gave it to her. I gave her my first name then she said I don’t have to take this you can go somewhere else and walked away and left both Thaddeus and I standing there. Thaddeus remained silent and did not intervene. Given the severity of the situation, I immediately reported it to Walmart and requested that they review the security footage. Shortly after, while I was on the phone with Walmart’s customer service line, Thaddeus saw me and walked over. I informed customer service that Christine had refused to provide my medication, to which Thaddeus quickly responded, “No, she didn’t.” I reiterated that she explicitly told me she didn’t have to deal with it and that I should go elsewhere. Instead of addressing the issue properly, Thaddeus then walked back over to Christine, had a brief conversation with her, and left without returning to provide a resolution. At no point did he come back to inform me that my medication was available or attempt to rectify the situation. Approximately 30 minutes later, I followed up with Walmart customer service again. Thaddeus returned, but instead of addressing me directly, he approached a kind employee named Amanda at the desk, seemingly using that moment to redirect the conversation. He then claimed that Christine never denied me my medication and was going to provide it. When I told him that was not true, he insisted, “These are the facts, ma’am.” I told him that was a bold lie, at which point he became aggressive and dismissive. When I stood firm and repeated that his statement was untrue, he backed off and walked away. The entire incident was handled poorly, and much of what transpired can be verified through security footage in the customer service area. The unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and disregard for customer care displayed by both Christine , pharmacist and Thaddeus, Coach were unacceptable. This store operates in a chaotic and disorganized manner, and I intend to escalate this matter to ensure appropriate action is taken.
