I called to ask if they carried Soapstone Firebricks. The answer was Yes. Great, I was psyched. So I went down to the store to buy five, reiterated that I specifically wanted Soapstone Firebricks for a small experimental project, asked where the soapstone was mined, but they didn't know. It was more than clear that I wanted Soapstone. They sold me 5 regular yellow firebricks. Fortunately, the woman who overheard the conversation while I was returning the bricks made me feel human by printing out a list of soapstone dealers in CT, but will I use Gault when I build my brick home? Hells no. What a shame, because I make an effort to support local businesses.

Worst place for customer service, for the sellers doesn matter if there is a customer waiting for help.... I wonder where is the customer service actitud
